Work-life balance. Great facilities.
Management is mentally and psychologically abusive. Their only concern is to keep the number of positions and will lie in order to make you stay and not quit. The minute they have the opportunity, they will fire you if they know they can get a backfill. So, of course, I do not recommend. I suffered and cried on a daily basis; this was a very difficult experience. I have been working almost 20 years in the hi-tech industry and have never encountered this kind of inhuman behavior.
You should all be replaced.
