Good work culture, with most of all facilities available.
Improper manager behavior, most of all, language discrimination and groupism. Few projects involved office politics too.
Please fix the manager behavior with co-employees, else IBM will lose its honest and loyal employees. Also, please focus towards hikes and promotions.
