The coding assessment was 3 hours long and not super enjoyable. They give you two weeks to complete it and don't mention they prefer it done in 2 days until you start the test.

Applied through the IBM career website and received an interview offer 3 days later. The interview was not too hard, with a few behavioral questions and one technical question. A code pair provided an online IDE for you to use.
