A lot of resources are available to you as an intern, from mentorships to online learning courses. I've been able to receive a lot of badges and certificates along with the experience from the project I'm on! The people are also great, and I've had help every step of the way throughout my internship. I've fully enjoyed my time here and do want to come back and work for IBM full time.

This applies to anyone who doesn't want their exact internship role, which sucks because what are the chances that it's a perfect fit. It makes it hard to learn about other areas of the company and other jobs.

Two interviews were conducted. Both included the hiring manager and technical lead. The first interview was personality/behavioral, and the second was technical. The technical interview involved a coding challenge and a review of some already writ
