Pay is good, friendly environment, felt comfortable asking questions, lenient about project deadlines.
It was virtual, so it didn't really feel like the full experience. I felt disconnected and excluded at certain times because I'm the only intern on the team, and everybody else is at least in their 40s or 50s, while I'm in my 20s (being the youngest).
It was hard to participate in most meetings because I felt limited to only working on a specific project while everybody else seemed to be multitasking and working on more. I don't think my internship is really preparing me for a full-time position in the future for this team.
