I've been working here for two years, and I can say it's a good workplace for women. However, one thing I've noticed is that my efforts often go unrecognized.

I've been the only one on my project for the past two years while also contributing to another project. Whenever issues arise on the weekend, I can't fully enjoy my time off because I'm the sole person handling them.

Additionally, there are no technical leaders here—only management leaders. Despite managing my entire project through complex situations and working over 12 hours at times, my efforts still go unacknowledged, with management saying, "Who told you to work for 24/7? Please work only 9 hours."
