No pros as of now.
Please do not join the IBM i team at any cost. The manager is the torchbearer of negativity here. The development is totally unorganized. The project was transferred from the USA to India, and there was no proper KT.
The manager does not have the patience to build the team. Please do not join any team under him. He works like a detective to find faults in your work and uses all his creativity to write negative feedback in checkpoints.
There are multiple teams under this manager, starting from Java, MQ, NodeJS, and Networking. A new Compiler team is going to be formed soon.
Please stay away from such a toxic team. During interviews, they will be really sweet and will tell you false things about the work. If you want to join, please do so at your own risk.
Management does not know how to behave with employees and treat them with respect. The manager always has a fake smile on his face. I request the management not to show fake smiles.
Management is demotivating and does not have a proper plan to build an IBM i team. No agile is followed.
The manager is absent in the scrum 50% of the time. He will come after a few days and keep complaining about the poor progress of the work. They do not take any steps to remove blockers.
I would also request management to be more sensitive towards diversity and inclusion. They harass every employee silently.
First Round - Aptitude (one coding question and API development) Second Round - Interview Asked project related questions, computer fundamentals, DSA questions. DSA Questions: * Target sum * Kth max in array (priority queue)
The interview consisted of two technical rounds and one HR round. Basic and medium-level coding questions were asked. The specific question was to reverse a list in place. I was considered as a fresher.
The interview process was straightforward and mainly focused on technical problem-solving. I had a brief conversation with the interviewer about my background, followed by a few coding and conceptual questions. The overall tone was friendly and not o
