Great salary, genius people, lots of resources and perks, especially when starting out. Programs for new hires. Great company culture and work/life balance.
Sometimes missing a "cool" factor, which is fine, but may be just me. A lot of back-end people are very entrenched in the old ways and would rather not use cutting-edge methods and tools. A lot of learning, which is good, but hard to feel like one is contributing for a while. And though the culture is great, sometimes it can be so positive that it can feel a bit too "brainwashy," if you know what I mean.
