There will be two rounds of face-to-face interviews, mainly focusing on basic technology. The final round will be an HR interview. Generally, HR will always try to negotiate for a lower package.

It was simple and good. They are very humble; they have good projects and a good team. I was working there for almost 4 years and did not get an appraisal. The process for raises is slow.
