I had a talk with an offshore HR representative. Afterwards, I had another talk with a (potential) colleague. I did not have a talk to go over the proposal. That was a document sent over email and accessible in IBM's HR portal.

This is a good interview for beginners looking for an internship. It covers basic questions about computers and IT. There are not many questions for this position, as cloud computing is not widely studied in Romania.
