The benefits:
Very disorganized when it comes to projects.
Try to innovate a little more.
I attended the interview, and it was a bot interview. It asked two questions: "Why IBM?" and "What skill set do you have?" That was it, like normal HR questions.
The first round is the Online Assessment. You are given 60 minutes to solve two easy-to-medium LeetCode-style questions. If you know your fundamentals, you should be fine. Topics ranged from strings, arrays, and math.
It was tricky, but moderate, and I was able to crack the interview and passed to the next round of the exam for the given company. Unsuccessfully, I did not pass it and didn't get the offer letter.
