Difficult to get a change in band.
Salary hikes are bad.
Flexible or variable component is very high in CTC, and hence take-home is hit.
Got only 30% variable of the amount declared in my offer, even though I was a top performer for two straight years.

Senior Test Engineer
There were two rounds of technical interviews, followed by an HR interview. The process was smooth and conducted entirely online. It was fast, and I received proper feedback. I also received the offer letter in a timely manner.
