The landscaped grounds of the Hursley site are nice to walk around during the lunch hour when the weather is nice.
The pay is below the normal market rate, often by quite a large margin. I would say anything up to thirty percent less than other companies pay for the same work elsewhere in the UK.
You need to increase the rates of pay you give to employees on the Hursley site by a large amount in order to become competitive.
