I've only ever worked for IBM VT, so who knows if it's the same everywhere, but for 20+ years, I've never met anyone who wasn't respectful, helpful, cheerful, kind, intelligent, forgiving, patient, etc.
It's definitely great.
This site specifically aims to hire people who will be a good fit for 10+ years, so [they are] very selective with hiring.

Met with one of the senior programmers. He was nice to talk to, and the conversation went well. Most of the questions were around the design of certain back-end components, which I didn't have much experience in.
