It was smooth as a ribbon working with people I had already collaborated with in the past. The process was as expected and resulted in a hire. In addition, the onboarding process was smooth as well.

I had a telephone interview with the manager. Then, I spoke with HR regarding some information about myself. I had to take the IPAT test, which was fairly difficult, but I think I passed. Afterwards, I was given an offer, which I was grateful for.
