There is plenty of interesting work to challenge you. Great relationships with team members. The benefits are good.
Constantly shrinking resources: fewer team members to accomplish the same work. Too much red tape to get things done.

Met with one of the senior programmers. He was nice to talk to, and the conversation went well. Most of the questions were around the design of certain back-end components, which I didn't have much experience in.
