IBM is a company that cares a lot about its intern, offering help to everyone and specialized training focused on the area they choose, such as DevOps, Fullstack, Backend, among many others. It has many qualified professionals who, whenever they find time, are willing to help.
One negative point was that, after the training period, they leave you somewhat on your own. Depending on the person, they might get lost and not know what to do.
The interview process was great. They responded to every email, and I enjoyed interviewing with IBM. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the last round. I'm looking forward to joining IBM in the future.
The technical and managerial rounds took one day. They started from the very basics of Java and Angular, focusing on why they are used and our reasons for using them.
The interview was great and easygoing. I was asked to present and also speak about my passions, things I'm interested in working on at IBM, what my hobbies are, and other topics.
