IBM is an incredible company in so many respects, and I feel immensely proud to be working here. Below are a few examples of why I think IBM is unique.
IBM is at the core of the digital revolution and, as such, is the leader in AI, blockchain, cognitive procurement, advanced analytics, and enterprise cloud. So, you feel you learn every single day, and you can constantly challenge yourself.
IBM has reinvented itself once again over the past few years, focusing on the above imperatives. This is a great positive example for clients and employees alike.
IBM is results-driven, which is essential these days, and is always ready to recognize achievement. I just came back from the Hundred Percent Club in Barcelona, where IBM celebrated all of those employees who contributed significantly to IBM's performance last year... it was unforgettable!
IBM champions the diversity cause and features in the top 20 companies for Corporate Social Responsibility.
It can be complex to navigate because of its many lines of business, but as soon as you build a network, people are so helpful that the challenge disappears rapidly.
