Good to join for learning purposes.
No cons in my experience.
I received an InMail from a recruiter (an IBM employee) who found my profile on LinkedIn. We moved the conversation to email and then a call. The Job Description was very relevant to me. Interview Rounds: * Round 1: HR tech validation and JD matc
It was good. Not too easy or too tough. You can crack it with proper preparation, but the pre-test was tough. You need to prepare thoroughly for that. So, go through all your relevant preparation for it.
Chill interview. Got through campus placement. Asked a few questions on projects. Having worked on different databases is a plus. Having worked on different large-scale data processing libraries is a plus (Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.).
