I received an email for the exam on HackerRank and I want to know if it was proctored. Do they ask for webcam and audio? Thank you for any assistance provided.

There were two rounds of technical interviews conducted for the post of Data Engineer. Both technical rounds were conducted over the phone at the IBM office. The interviewers were polite and possessed sound subject knowledge.
