Managers may mention words like, "Is this the way you should talk to your manager?" even if you just ask them the process for putting down your paper. This was a really humiliating experience.
Put expertise where required and optimize resource utilization. Train managers to speak politely and adhere to issues seriously without casually delaying matters.
