Lots of training, courses, and platforms for learning.
Difficulty communicating with management. Difficulty with visibility for growth, but I believe this is common in large corporations, not just this company.

The recruitment process was online. A timed programming test was conducted. Afterwards, a video interview was recorded where the questions asked had to be answered.
