No leaves; the excuse is utilization will go down. Yearly leaves are an eyewash.
Unrealistic yearly targets, and exceptions are great with hands tied of a resource.
Demotivating environment.
Work from home has gone now.
Take care of human capital. The management showcases offshore employees like educated slaves, whereas IBM's onsite people have 500% more privileges. Make leaves mandatory, at least 20-25 days a year.
