Posibilidad de hacer home office y de trabajo puramente remoto, aunque no es bueno el soporte que te dan estando lejos. Te pierdes muchas cosas.
Sueldos bajísimos. Malos gerentes sin poder de decisión. Estando remoto, no hay forma de que te paguen un viaje a Buenos Aires, a pesar de que hay mucho que no está disponible si estás desde el interior.
Mejoren los sueldos. Muchos tenemos que tener más de un trabajo, lo que impacta en el compromiso y la dedicación. La forma de evaluación, PBC o checkpoint, no es buena. Sobrecarga de controles, hay más gente que controla que la que trabaja. Exigencias sin sentido a nivel global y ninguno de los gerentes se queja por miedo a incomodar a sus superiores. Carga excesiva para el plan de capacitación. Tengan más sentido común para resolver cosas.
