I had a screener with a recruiter, another one with the HR manager, and finally a panel interview. It was a good experience. Most likely ghosted. I could have done better. Time to study more.

Have an online OA (may only get one online assessment when applying for multiple positions). Have waited about half a month before arranging the interview and am now waiting for a response for one week.

I had a quick virtual interview where I met IBM employees in different meeting rooms. I encountered some technical issues during the interview. The interviewer couldn't hear my voice, which was quite strange. The process for that part was not good
