Low salaries, little to no recognition. Unfair and very poorly applied professional evaluation. Union outside the category (union of shopkeepers of Sumaré and Hortolândia), when it should be the SindPD.
Melhorar ainda mais a forma de avaliação do funcionário. Já que demitiram mais de 30% dos funcionários, os que ficaram poderiam ganhar um pouco mais.
