Great Career, Bogged By Bureaucracy
I thought the best reason to work at IBM is for career expectations, especially in Turkey. IBM is a known IT firm, and after IBM, you can easily find a better job at a large company.
The worst thing at IBM is bureaucracy. All processes at IBM negatively affected people's jobs. Some accounts in Turkey have very bad feelings about this situation.
I think salary management must be improved, especially in the delivery department.
The senior management team needs to listen to their employees more than they did.
