Big company with good medical benefits. Remote working environment. Co-workers are nice and cooperative. Open documents environment. Good place to do nothing.
No career growth, no path for growth. Quarterly layoffs. Offshore US IT staff. Layoff US employees every quarter. Minimum bonus, no salary increase for years.
Consider more employees, but not your own bonus. Reserve the US workforce. Do more things for US employees. Consider more US employee benefits.
