Phone call. Very little knowledge of the position and what was being sought. Not serious. They wanted a person who knows everything. The way agile technologies were used was poorly implemented and suggestions were not accepted.

They were very basic questions about what I had studied, what I liked about the IT field, what knowledge I had, and what technologies I knew. They offered me a 4-hour internship for 6 months with a salary of 56,000.

My English level was assessed and I was given an arbitrary skills test that was not advertised in the call for applications. I felt there was a lack of communication with the recruiter and the team that interviewed me.
