It is a solid company with a large number of projects; however, it is difficult to advance to a better position.
Salaries are not the highest in the market. If you are not on internal IBM projects and, on the other hand, you are at IBM as a consultant, even the benefits decrease. Like any consulting firm, conditions will depend on the client.
