I went through a behavioral interview and then a technical interview. The process was challenging, but I believe it was fair. The technical interview covered different areas of the expected knowledge base.

I was approached by a Head Hunter on LinkedIn. On the same day, I had the interview with HR. Next, I had to answer a strange personality questionnaire and, after that, the technical interview.

The interview process was conducted online, through IBM's own platform. I participated in tests that included: * Video case resolution, in which I answered questions about hypothetical situations. * A logical reasoning test to assess my analytical
