There were 3 rounds: * 2 Tech/coding rounds * 1 PDM round * An HR round The difficulty level for the tech rounds was difficult. The PDM round was just to check your attitude, etc.
Applications Developer
The process is quick and easy if you know what you're talking about. I recommend interview prep and gaining knowledge on Java and databases, as these are in high demand at IBM. I really enjoyed the overall experience.

I had a screener with a recruiter, another one with the HR manager, and finally a panel interview. It was a good experience. Most likely ghosted. I could have done better. Time to study more.
