Nice work culture, a great place to work at. You also get a good learning curve throughout your tenure at IBM. Team members are helpful most of the time. You get proper support from your seniors and architects. Overall, your work-life balance is maintained; no stretching till late nights and wasting weekends because of work, unless it's too necessary.

Tough, but could be managed with proper practice over time. Mostly, the interview is based on LeetCode questions. Solving basic to medium problems will help to get through the interview process seamlessly.
Attending an IBM interview can feel like a complete waste of time. They may call for a weekday interview without checking the profile match. Think twice before you appear for this interview.
