They work with the same methodologies as 30 years ago, just like their clients. If you want to learn, you have to do it in your free time. They don't pay for certifications. They have Udemy, but it depends on the account if they enable it for you or not.
They work with salary bands (very difficult to improve the initial salary outside of it).
Individualistic, they foster competition instead of teamwork.
