I have a great time working at this company. It is a friendly workspace; they were all very welcoming, and I accommodated quickly.
I enjoy the facts that, as an employee, you have a lot of growing opportunities, and they really invest in your development.
I don't have any cons at the moment.
The interview process was really nice. I have a lot of questions related to OOP in general and basic front-end questions such as: * `var`, `let`, `const` * Hoisting * Event loop * Component bindings * Directives * Routing
The interview was smooth, and the technical questions were not so hard; they were mid-level. The interviewers were very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend everyone to apply to IBM for opportunities.
It was a technical discussion based on my experience, and there were no questions too complicated. I was asked mostly about Spring REST, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. The interview was with two people.
