Pretty stable job with many projects and clients.
Maybe too focused on clients and consultancy (IBM Global Services Spain): all the "magic" (AI, Blockchain, innovation...) is done in IBM USA or the research centers.
I think that it's very difficult to manage such big companies like IBM. The company should be more "agile" by itself so it can compete with today's fresh startups, but I don't know how it can be done.
The interview was based on a video call. The communication from the human resources team was poor; they took a long time to respond and I had to pressure them to know the status of the process.
They sent me a technical interview by email with 60 minutes to solve it. They were programming exercises, LeetCode style. I was rejected for not having knowledge of a framework, Java Spring.
They were nice to me. They asked technical questions and allowed me to explain my career and what I had done. I provided them with the information, and they asked further questions.
