IBM

It is divided into two parts: * **Soft skills:** Where they ask you about leadership, communication, and problem-solving. * **Technical interview:** Afterwards, you perform a code challenge, in addition to the one they send you by email.

Overall, the interview process was acceptable. It consisted of four rounds of interviews with senior leaders, managers, and tech team members. The questions seemed a bit overly scripted across teams, with many being repeated.

The employer was straightforward and went straight to the point with the questions he wanted to ask. He was also great and ready to answer any questions regarding the role I was applying for.
