Many opportunities. Those with drive get there. Those who know how to navigate office politics have an advantage. Quite flexible regarding hours. Very collaborative staff.
Promotions take too long. There's a lack of clarity on what to do to get promoted. Getting raises is a 'pain'. PLR is ridiculous. More reserved people have difficulty succeeding.
