- Leaves are also good.
- Make processes easier.
- AI everywhere, not the good kind (HR being AI is the worst).
- Please stop with the RTO.
- Offices are really bad.
- Provide better insurance.
- Stop undercutting employees.
- HR is essentially non-existent.
- Just hiring won't solve the core problems with the culture.
- Improve processes, learn from your acquisitions, and stop "blue washing" them.
