It is a company that is too slow to change and adapt to the dynamics of today's business. It does very little or acts too late to adapt. It is not competitive in today's market and just follows the competition's model (HP) instead of leading the change.
Review the company portfolio and make it competitive. Cut red tape. Cut the time it takes to place a product in the market.
Stop thinking in silos. Make salaries competitive.
