A good place to work
I really have no complaints. There are opportunities, and they are exhaustive. Being such a huge organization, it is amazingly agile to adapt to changes. Automation, paperless, going greener... technology is really at our fingertips.
The bonus program should be improved.
This may be specific to my team, but managers should strive to create a more competitive environment.
To identify individuals who are motivated and delegate appropriate tasks.
