IBM

A couple of managers interviewed me briefly. The manager who did most of the interviewing was an aloof and self-absorbed PhD. He looked at and treated me as though I was less than human. He later told me that I was his first technician.

IBM came to the university for the Emerging Leaders program. I was interviewed on campus by an IBM representative and later called to their RTP campus for an onsite discussion. The discussion was primarily on my technical background.

The interview process was lengthy, taking two months to complete. Questions related to general testing activities and tools used in previous roles. The onsite manager conducted two rounds of interviews.
