Great company culture, excellent training, tons of opportunity.
Sometimes it can be very bureaucratic.
I had an onsite interview. I first met the head of the department at a career fair at my university. When I went to the plant, they gave me a tour. I had interviews with four different people. It mostly consisted of them explaining what they do. O
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I received an email invitation for a technical skill test. It was held on an online application called "HireVue". I interviewed at IBM (Markham, ON).
The first round is a 2-3 hour online assessment, using HireVue. It includes behavior questions and 3 coding problems. The coding problems can be completed using Java, C, Python, and C++. The second round is also a technical interview.
