Great place to work at IBM
IBM is a great place to work and on different technologies.
I do not see any downsides, only with the salary. Sometimes we feel we won't get a platform to work on the latest technologies.
Management needs to focus on the ground level, with more interaction with employees, and not just with high-level individuals.
