Pros

Good benefits: nice health insurance, paid time off, decent vacation days, and sometimes you're allowed to work remotely.

The culture in the design studio is young and fun, but outside of that, it's very legacy.

Cons

The company is very wishy-washy in terms of who they give certain benefits to. Some employees are allowed to work remotely, but for the most part, co-location has forced families to uproot their lives and move to an office or lose their job. My manager doesn't know anything about development, so it's been hard to get a promotion. Some of the projects can be a bit dull.

Advice to Management

Standardize the benefits given to employees (free coffee, food, remote work, etc.).
