Easy to disappear and do nothing. Easy ride for those with nothing to contribute.
Manager asked inappropriate personal favors, including donating to his amateur baseball team and coming to his house to do work without offering compensation.
The workspace itself is dirty (an old server room) and never swept. There is no kitchen, no snacks, and not even free coffee.
Communication between remote teams is disorganized. Work requirements and deadlines are unclear. Project managers do not reply to emails.
Clean up your management. Get rid of lazy workers. Reward those who work hard and get rid of the dead weight.
