IBM is so big that the opportunities are very diverse. The company is transitioning into a new cool place to work. You can feel it in the air.
I have no real complaints yet. I work under IBM Design as a developer, so I'm constantly covered by designers. Not a complaint, but not a 'dev shop' like some might prefer.
