Our products were redesigned and re-engineered several times in the cloud space to try to be competitive, and IBM was still far behind compared to other major competitors. The base @ibm.com email address went offline for over a week, which, as one would imagine, caused a massive headache for everyone that interacted with external people. The new CEO brushed it off as if it was no big deal.
