Pros

Good benefits, a lot of training. There is a system where they can bench you and get training materials for free online so you can develop your skills while you are on the bench.

Cons

No permanent project for at least a year.

There is little to no chance for front-end developers like me to land a project because most projects are backend or full-stack.

Company politics will affect your career. You can't control your career; they will put you on a project that you don't have experience with the tech stack. Then, if you are there, they don't know how to train new hires with the current tech stack. Your career will take a wrong turn if that happens.

The company will usually use old tech stacks most of the time.

Advice to Management

Don't be greedy.
