Great Ibm, Some Initial Disorganization
Estou gostando muito de trabalhar na IBM. Até o momento, não houve algo que realmente me incomodou na empresa, principalmente por trabalhar com grandes clientes e grandes projetos. Temos também bastantes benefícios, sem contar com o plano de carreira que a IBM proporciona. Realmente é uma empresa excelente para se trabalhar.
Desorganization for those who are starting. It's understandable given the company's size, but when we are at the beginning of the company, those who are starting end up being a bit neglected, not knowing what to do.
